Welcome!
Welcome to this website which has been designed for use with the 2013 Festival of Music repertoire. Here you will find a variety of activities and lessons that you can use with Take Your Bow and the Moral of the Story commissioned works.
Each story has a variety of activities to choose from relating to different curriculum areas. The idea is not to go through every activity - pick some activities that you like that fit into your curriculum program.
This resource was researched and compiled by Catherine Vawser of Glen Osmond Primary School.

You can see the names of the pieces that have lesson ideas on the navigation bar above - Take Your Bow (Festival Centre's 40th Birthday) and the four commission work pieces for The Moral of the Story (Thukeri, The Emperor and the Seed, The Prancing Peacock and The Good Samaritan).
Clicking on the song title in this navigation bar will take you to a page with information about the piece.
Each information page has a green button that will then take you to the lesson ideas.
If you get lost, head to the Sitemap to see links to every page on this website.
